Lying along Nho Que River (Ha Giang Province) and situated in the middle way of Dong Van and Meo Vac, Tu San stretching 1.7km with cliffs as high as 700 - 800 meters is proudly the deepest alley in Southeast Asia in general and the most breathtaking one in Vietnam in particular.
From Dong Van, you will first reach Ta Lang on the Happiness Road before meeting the Nho Que River and Tu San alley. The road connecting to the river is windy and quite challenged to walk. There are people providing kayaks and motorboats for rent at the docks. It would be better if you call them to reserve a boat in advance to avoid the fully-booked situation. You should go there early as it becomes dark when the sunsets.
