Mingalaba! Welcome to Yangon, the former capital, commercial and artistic hub of Myanmar!
Met at the airport and transfer to hotel for check in. Later, enjoy your time for a guided tour exploring highlights of the city.
Wander through historical downtown of Yangon that is home to medieval streets dotted with many historical buildings both colonial and Burmese styles. Visit the Yangon Post Office, a colonial building noted for its reddish-brown color with typical lancet arched windows, charming beaux-arts portico and ornate stucco work. From here you take a leisurely walk passing other landmarks such as Victorian-style Strand Hotel, Mahabandoola Garden and Independence Monument to the Kandawgyi Park, a fascinating green spot right in the cetre of the town where you see the impressive Karaweik Hall, a replica of Royal Barge floating on a vast lake, reflecting it glittering image on peaceful water surface with stunning background of surroundings.
Following is the Chauk Htat Kyi temple that houses the amazing 66-meter long reclining Buddha which is one of the most revered Buddha images in the country.
Of course, your visits of Yangon’s highlights can’t be excluding the renowned Shwedagon Pagoda with the imposing 100-meter tall chedi gilded by 40 tons of gold leaf. This place simply the most famous landmark and most revered Buddhist temple in Myanmar. The view of Shwedagon become most spectacular during the sunset and when lights are on.

Transferred to the airport for short early morning flight to Bagan. Seated by the bank of the mighty Irrawaddy River, the Old Bagan with more than four thousands impressive red brick temples scattered on a vast dry plain is claimed to be one of Asia’s greatest architectural site and is for sure one of the best highlights in Myanmar.

Met upon arrival and go straight on your tour exploring Bagan. Start your interesting tour with a visit to a local market. It is said that the great way to learn about a place is to see its marketplace, and yes, that is so true when you wander through this colorful and bustling atmosphere where you gain an insights into local life and business.  
Following, you will spend time to explore the architectural masterpieces of ancient Bagan with a diverse selection of some most important shrines and temples. Walking around, listen to your guide for interesting stories behind each of these impressive monuments, look at fantastic works and be amazed at how people created this magnificent site.
A visit to traditional lacquerware workshop will perhaps bring you some ease after lots of history and architecture. This is also the chance for you to learn somthing about a traditional art that is popular in Myanmar.
In the late afternoon you will take a climb to the top of an elevated temple for spectacular view of sunset over the Bagan. Just sit back relax and be overwhelmed by the striking landscape as the sun is slowly setting down behind the background of mystical towering temples.

One of the most stunning and memorable experience here is to view Bagan temples from above. Yes, this morning you may like to take an optional activities of taking a hot balloon ride over the ancient Bagan. This is really an impressive taste of Myanmar. From the sky you will get a spectacular overview of the site with thousands temples scattered on the immense dry plain dotted with green villages around and the Irrawaddy River flowing its current through the glory of the Kingdom.
After breakfast, continue your sightseeing to some hidden parts of ancient Bagan then get transferred to the pier to board your elegant cruiser for a fascinating 2 night cruise upstream of the Irrawaddy River to Mandalay.
Sit back, relax on the rooftop bar as you cruise pass charming villages, green islands, stunning hills with glittering temples crest. Enjoy the scenes of different boats moving about on the water, fishing with traditional methods remain unchanged for years. In the afternoon, the boat makes a stop for you to get a visit to a beautiful village near the river bank.
Back the cruiser and relax. Why not a cool cocktail whilst enjoying the spectacular view of the sun setting down behind mountain afar.  
Dinner and overnight aboard.

Get up in the sound of pure morning. Enjoy exercise and inhale fresh air as you view the fog floating on the water surface.
After breakfast, the boat weighs the anchor and cruise up further stream toward Mandalay. Stop at Yandabo where you will get off the boat for a visit to the pottery village. Here you will have chance to observe the manual process of pottery production from shaping, decorating to baking with traditional technique pass down through generations. Enjoy wandering around, interact with friendly local, perhaps joining with them in making something and get for you beautiful photos of authentic life. Also, it is interesting to know that the Yandabo was the place the peace treaty between British and Burmese was signed on Feb. 24, 1826 to bring an end to the First Anglo-Burmese war.
Back to the boat, enjoy your leisurely cruise and dinner on board. Tonight the boat will anchor at a peaceful place a few miles away from Mandalay.

Enjoy the beautiful sunrise from your floating base. After breakfast, disembark the boat and get transferred to hotel for check in.
In the afternoon you will enjoy a guided tour exploring Mandalay with visits to some highlights of the town. Spend time to explore the Mahamuni Pagoda which is central to local’s spiritual life here. This pagoda houses the greatly venerated statute of Buddha with a unique look due to continuous gold leaf application by devotees.
Next, visit the Shwenandaw Monastery also known as Golden Palace Monastery, a special architecture built of teak wood dating back from 1878 that is famous for its wonderfully intricate carvings. Continue to the Kuthodaw Pagoda whose 729 marble slabs, carved with Buddhist scriptures, have earned the title ‘World’s largest book’.
End the day with a sunset visit to the photogenic U Bein Bridge, the longest teakwood bridge worldwide spanning across the Taungthaman Lake. Take a leisurely walk along, enjoy the breeze and stunning view of the lake with colorful boat skimming on water surface.

After breakfast, head out Mandalay on a 2 hour scenic drive for our full day visit to beautiful summer resort town of Pyin Oo Lwin. Nested between green hills at the elevation of 1070 meters, Pyin Oo Lwin, also known as Maymyo, was founded as a summer hill station by the British from late 19th century. This place is known for its stunning landscapes, cool climate and fertile soil that facilitate fruit laden orchards and flowers blossoming all year round. The charm and calm of Pyn Oo Lwin is adorned with beautiful lakes, lovely waterfalls, luxuriant botanical gardens, and charming colonial buildings dotted around, making it one of the loveliest place in the country.  
Start your sightseeing of Pyin Oo Lwin with a visit to its downtown area. Wander around, enjoy the cool atmosphere and visit to some prominent colonial architectures. Then, spend some time to explore the town’s central market. As you know this place is the centre of Myanmar's fruits, flowers and vegetable production, it is good chance for you to sample some kinds of lovely fruits and perhaps to taste some local fruit wine.
A brightly painted horse carriage will then take you to the National Kandawgyi Gardens, a thriving place with full of flowers and green trees, beautiful lake and excellent orchid gardens. Enjoy sightseeing around including a visit to insect museum.
Later, get to Peik Chin Myaung Cave, a natural beauty and religious site just half an hour from Pyin Oo Lwin, where you will explore the cave pagoda full of stalactite and stalagmite and perhaps cool your body at the cascading waterfalls.
Back to Mandalay with stop at a winemaking workshop where you learn how locals make fruit wines.

Get transferred to the airport for a short morning flight to Heho in the Shan state. Met upon arrival and take a short drive to visit the Pindaya Cave, an attractive and unusual sight that set in a limestone hill in the Myelat region. This cave is more than a hundred meters long, containing several different chambers adorned with stalagmites and stalactites and cramped with thousands of Buddha images in various size, shape, and color dating back from 18th century until the present time through continuous donation by devotees.
Enjoy your time exploring the cave and surrounding then get a scenic drive to Nyaung Shwe jetty for a short boat ride to the hotel on the shores of the Inle Lake. Remainder of the day is at your leisure.
Located on the elevation of 800 meter above sea level, the Lake of Inle is the second largest lake in Myanmar. Dotted around the lake bank and on the water are numerous small villages of different ethnicities who remain very well their unique culture and life style. This beautiful lake is fringed by marshes and floating gardens, wooden houses perched above the water on stilts and glittering temples rise above the serene water surface. The typical image of Inle is the Intha fishers in traditional costume fishing on the lake with distinctive rowing style with one leg on the rear of the boat and the other leg wrapping around the oar.

After breakfast, hop on a private local boat for sightseeing around Inle Lake. Cruise pass the endless charming floating gardens where locals use weeds from lake bottom and put on floating beds to grow fruit and vegetable, houses and monasteries built on stilts. 
Continue to wind your way along scenic canals to Indein, a little yet fascinating village on the western bank of the lake. This place is known for its two groups of ancient pagodas and stupas with hundreds structures in many shapes and sizes varying from authentic crumbling state with trees and plants entwine around them to the restored, gilded and tacky one, offering an impressive sight of evolution through successive generations.
It is wonderful to see people having bath in the river, boats moving about on water, colorful shops and stalls, the mythical world of gods and life of ordinary smiling people. Wander through, walk up the hill along colonnades and enjoy the cram-full sight of exotic scenes around.
Following, visit a weaving villages with houses perched on stilts, interact with “long neck” tribal women who working on traditional looms and of course, you will not miss the chance to observe and take wonderful photos of the Intha men fishing on the lake with traditional tools and typical one-legged rowing technique.

Back to the hotel and remainder of the day is at your leisure.

Take a short morning flight back to Yangon. Get pick up at the airport and take a visit to the Bogyoke Market, also known as Scott’s market, a wonderfully colorful place where there are lots of handicrafts and other local products to browse through. Wander around, enjoy some shopping if you wish and perhaps, take a sit down at a local tea shop enjoying typical Burmese tea drinking experience.
Following, spend time to visit some other prominent sites of Yangon such as St Mary's Cathedral, a gothic style architecture dates back from 1899, the glittering Burmese style Sule Paya, and the century old Rangoon Synagogue. These visits give you a clearer view of the multifaceted culture of the town.
Later, proceed to the India and Chinatown where you take stroll along bustling streets with maze of colorful shops and thousands of photo opportunities around you.
