Depart Hanoi at 8.00AM. Your adventure begins with a scenic drive from Hanoi to Mai Chau, where you will be surrounded by breathtaking landscapes of rural lands and majestic mountains.
Upon arrival in Mai Chau village, you will be treated to a delicious lunch in a local house, providing a unique opportunity to taste authentic local Thai cuisine and immerse yourself in the local culture. After lunch, take a leisurely stroll around the villages and witness the daily life of the local people.

Next, take an hour transfer by road to Pa Van village where you will embark on a 3-hour trek to Kho Muong Village in Pu Luong Nature Reserve. This stunning area, once part of the Ho Chi Minh Trail, is an oasis that is off the beaten path and remains largely unexplored by westerners.

Arrive in Kho Muong Village in the late afternoon. Check in local house then savor a delicious home-cooked dinner and settle into your cozy accommodations for a restful night's sleep.

Get ready for an adventurous day of hiking through the stunning valley of Pu Luong. This route takes through rugged terrain with some steep climbs but the breathtaking views along the way make it really worth.

Take a break for a picnic lunch before continuing your trek to Pho Doan, where your private vehicle is waiting to take you to Tam Coc in Ninh Binh.
